The Q347Y type PN16~PN64 fixed ball valves are used on various pipelines of Class150~Class1500, PN16~PN64 and JIS10K~JIS20K, to cut off or connect the media in the pipelines. By selecting different materials, they can be suitable for multiple media such as water, steam, oil products, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media and urea respectively.
[Product Features]
1. Among all kinds of valves, ball valves have small flow resistance. When a full-bore ball valve is fully opened, the ball channel, valve body channel and connecting pipe diameter are equal and in a straight line, allowing the media to flow through with almost no loss.
2. The ball valve can be fully opened or fully closed by rotating 90 degrees, with fast opening and closing. Compared with gate valves and stop valves of the same specification, ball valves are small in size and light in weight, which is convenient for pipeline installation.
